2. Services & Estimates All estimates are based on a visual inspection. If unforeseen issues arise during the repair (e.g., hidden structural damage), we will discuss and authorize additional costs with you before proceeding.
3. Payment Terms Full payment is due upon completion of the service. Late payments may incur fees, and we reserve the right to place a lien on property for non-payment as permitted by Idaho law.
4. Warranty & Liability We provide a 90 day warranty on workmanship. This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications.
Parts provided by the customer.
5. Safety & Access To ensure the safety of our technicians, please keep children and pets away from the work area. You are responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the garage. We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
